He also is in charge of the Everyday section in the paper. He has been a fan of [[Weatherbird]] since he was a kid, and as a child waited nearly an hour to get an [[Origional Weatherbird|origional Weatherbird]] from [[Amadee Wohlschlaeger|Amadee]]. He tries to make Weatherbird more ornithologially correct, and was the first to draw the Weatherbird outsie of his box. He also illiminated Weatherbird's cigar. To make the day's Weatherbird, Martin finds out what the topic will be, and then draws it on his desk. the drawings are about 7-8 inches tall. then he scans them into his computer and colors it.
